David Cordonnier, Founder & Principal
David Cordonnier is the founder of Warwick Strategies, a government relations and public affairs firm built on the belief that real influence comes from real relationships — not just access.
David's career has spanned every level of government and politics. He got his start working on federal and state political campaigns before moving into a role as Senior Legislative Aide in the Ohio Senate for former State Senator Peggy Lehner, where he worked directly on legislation and policy. He then joined a multi-client lobbying firm, gaining early experience in how advocacy actually works behind the scenes. He went on to join the campaign of Congressman Troy Balderson leading to his role as District Director, managing constituent relationships and strategic community engagement across the district.
That firsthand experience — on the campaign trail, in a congressional office, and inside the Statehouse — gave David a ground-level understanding of how government actually works, and how organizations can engage with it effectively. He founded Warwick Strategies to bring that experience to clients navigating their own path through government and public policy.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Wright State University.
